"Olienhout Cottage at Wildspan"

"We stayed in one of the 4 stone cottages well away from the main farm buildings and could not ask for more. The farm is kept in mint condition and the cottage was clean, comfortable, well equipted and had furniture that compliments the setting. We enjoyed being on our own and did not use the fireplace inside - the braai on the stoep was great and the stars felt so close. This place begs for a return visit."

"As owners ofpropertiesthatwe also rent out for holiday makers Itend to be verycritical in my reviews when we are visiting other establishments in our private capacity. This is 1 of those reviews that deserves full marks, I could find fault with anything! Unfortunately we could only stay at Wildspan for 1 night. Beautiful clean stone cottage with stunning dcor and everything you will need in aself- catering unit! Lots of animals! Peace and quiet and no TV - great! Thank you Casper for your hospitality! Sorry we've missed meeting Santie due to other commitments. Highly recommended establishment!"

"We were in the Campbell area for 5 days and stayed at the beautiful farm Wildspan. The owners Santie and Casper were so friendly and helped us out greatly with advice and details about getting around the area. They were so attentive and wonderful for the whole stay. The stone cottages we stayed in were beautifully fixed up and very comfortable, fitted out with delightful wood furniture. The old wood stove was great for keeping us warm in the winter nights too! I highly reccommend staying here if you are ever in the area, and I will definitely stay here next time I am!"

"We regretted that we had booked only for 2 nights, because we enjoyed Wildspan Guest Farm so very much. We stayed at the cottage: it was so quiet, and it was very clean and comfortable as well.Last but not least the owners Casper and Santie are very friendly people who are always there to help and give information. Recommended!"

"My wife and I, as well as our two daughters stayed at the stone cottage from 27 Feb to 02 Mar. Both our daughters were competing air rifle shooting in Douglas. We were all wonderfully surprised when we first got to the stone cottage. It is such a peaceful place (thank the Lord, no TV). A beautiful stone cottage with tasteful modern touches that does not detract from the original. Both our daughters left with medals at the end of the day and I am sure the ambiance of our accommodation had a hand in it."
