"We had dinner in the evening and it was very nice. However the breakfast was disappointing. The food was cold and a spread instead of butter was not nice."

"The bed was so comfy. And the staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly, electricity in the area went out early in the morning, which meant that there was no water to shower. Or toast at breakfast. I do think the breakfast was too expensive."

"The website says: "Lord Fraser the name itself evokes images of days gone by of aristocracy and good living of an atmosphere of old leather, fine cognac and times when life seemed easier and less complicated"I was there, and I say: " Lord Fraser...the name sounds good, the website looks excellent...but the place is dilapidated beyond repair and so un-welcoming that we did not even sleep the night we paid for!:"
